A ROSYTH man who ignored bail conditions repeatedly has been sent to prison.
Christopher Jones, 48, of McGrigor Road, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that having been put on bail on November 8, he breached the conditions between November 13-14 at Hilton Road, Rosyth, by attempting to contact his former partner repeatedly.
The court heard that on this occasion, the woman was in a pub and Jones, highly intoxicated, was knocking on the bar window from outside and gesticulating to her.
He admitted he again breached the bail conditions on December 18-19 at the Caledonia Hotel, Hilton Road, Rosyth, when he was with his former partner.
Sheriff James MacDonald said the offences were “a blatant disregard for orders of the court”.
He jailed Jones for eight months and imposed a 12-month non-harassment order.
