A ROW over noise in a Dunfermline street led to threats of violence being made.
As a result, Fraser McKinlay, 39, now of Scott Street, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on November 17, at Robertson Road, he acted aggressively, repeatedly shouted, swore and made threatening remarks towards two females, challenged a man to fight and made threats of violence repeatedly.
Defence solicitor Alexander Flett said his client had had an issue with drug-taking, namely street valium. The background to this incident had been a noise dispute with neighbours, he added.
Sheriff Grant McCulloch deferred sentence for good behaviour until May 18.
