A TOTAL of 172 calls were made to South West Fife police last week.
Their area includes Dalgety Bay, Inverkeithing, Rosyth, Cairneyhill, Limekilns, Charlestown, Torryburn, Gowkhall, Carnock, Saline and Kincardine.
Of these calls, 20 required an immediate response with 15 crime files being recorded, containing 21 charges.
Offences included failing to stop after a road traffic collision, breach of bail conditions, breach of non-harassment order, and threatening or abusive behaviour.
Other crimes recorded were vandalism, intended theft, theft by shoplifting, housebreaking with intent to steal, assault, and assault to injury.
