THE Carnegie Leisure Centre will re-open this morning after the water supply was restored.
The Dunfermline venue, on Pilmuir Street, had to close its doors yesterday around 4.30pm after discovering the problem.
It said "Unfortunately we have no water supply" but it has now been restored and the Carnegie centre posted this morning that the building would re-open at 9.30am.
The leisure centre had been "closed until further notice" with all facilities, including the gym and pools, shut with swimming lessons and club swimming sessions cancelled as a result.
