A TOTAL of 192 calls were made to South West Fife police last week.

Their area includes Dalgety Bay, Inverkeithing, Rosyth, Cairneyhill, Limekilns, Charlestown, Torryburn, Gowkhall, Carnock, Saline and Kincardine.

Of these calls, 26 required an immediate response with 23 crime files being recorded, containing 30 charges.

Offences included fraud, attempted fraud, breach of bail conditions, theft by shoplifting, vandalism, and possession of class B drugs.

Other crimes recorded were threatening or abuse behaviour, assault, failing to stop after a road traffic collision, careless driving, and drink-driving.

Officers also attended concern for person calls, reports of missing people, and road traffic collisions.
