POPULAR performing trio Funbox is set to return to the Alhambra for the last time.

Kevin Macleod, Anya Scott-Rodgers and Bonzo the Dog have been performing together for seven years but announced dates for their final tour recently.

Anya said: "Funbox has been an incredible part of our lives, and visiting Dunfermline was always a highlight. All good things must come to an end, and we’re planning to go out on a high. We can’t wait to perform at the Alhambra Theatre one final time and say a fond farewell to our loyal audience."

Kevin added: “Seven years have come and gone in the blink of an eye and we still can’t believe how lucky we’ve been to call this our job. We’re looking forward to welcoming audiences to the Alhambra to sing with us for one last big Funbox hoolie!”

The show was started in 2015 after Anya left the Singing Kettle and, alongside her former musical partner, Gary Coupland, they created Funbox, a fun-filled show with classic songs and Scottish flair. Anya, Kevin and Bonzo have take their Funbox, filled with everything that the audience needs for their adventures, across the country.

For their last show at the Alhambra on April 17, Funbox will be performing their Jungle Party show, encouraging audience members to dress up as their favourite wild animal. With giant-sized jungle fun, you can expect the usual organised chaos of a much-loved Funbox show and tickets can be purchased from the Alhambra.
