The Swifts, managed by Grant Brough, have avoided relegation and could finish in the top half of the 18-team division if they can beat a Welfare side that are second bottom.
To celebrate a successful season, they are hosting a 'yellow and blue' day, with those attending encouraged to wear the club's colours, whilst there will be a half-time raffle, and face painting for the kids.
The match kicks off at 2pm.
Elsewhere, Crossgates Primrose, in the same division, play Blackburn United at Humbug Park (kick-off 2.30pm), and Rosyth, in First Division, Conference A, go to Thornton Hibs (kick-off 2.30pm).
