A 30-YEAR-OLD man has been fined for an incident in a Dunfermline pub.
James Gillespie, of Forker Avenue, Rosyth, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on December 15 last year, at Coady’s Bar, Pilmuir Street, he shouted, swore and acted in an aggressive manner.
Depute fiscal Zahra Bhatti said Gillespie had gone into the bar at around 8pm and was drinking with a companion.
At about 10pm, Gillespie started making comments towards another customer and the police were contacted.
Defence solicitor Chris Sneddon said: “He knows he shouldn’t have behaved in this way. The offence is perhaps at the lower end of the scale for him.”
Sheriff Andrew Berry fined Gillespie £320.
