MOTORISTS faced disruption on the M90 this morning after a collision involving two vehicles.

Emergency services raced to the scene near Halbeath shortly before 8am.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.50am on Monday, 27 June, officers were called to a report of a two-car crash on the M90 northbound near Halbeath.

“The road was partially closed while vehicle recovery took place and reopened around 9.30am.

"No-one was taken to hospital."
