Coldplay took a trip down memory lane by playing a song they first performed in legendary city music venue King Tut's Wah Wah Hut when they were starting out.
The band, who played the first of two city dates at Hampden Park on Tuesday, reminisced about previous Glasgow shows at the St Vincent Street venue as well as the Barrowlands.

Lead singer Chris Martin said: "23 years we have been coming to Glasgow or coming to Scotland.
"We just want to say thank you to all of you who were listening back then, 1999/2000.
"And all of you who have joined along the way or been born along the way. We are now at the point where even my trousers are older than half the audience."

He then revealed he was going to perform Sparks taken from the band's debut album Parachutes.
He said: "This is one of the oldest songs that we play today that we played back in King Tut's Wah Wah Hut back in 2000s."
The venue has hosted some of the world's biggest bands and is credited as the place where Oasis got discovered by Creation Records boss Alan McGee.
