With the recent celebrations of 100 years of entertaining audiences, the Alhambra has a lot to shout about in 2022!

The Alhambra Theatre Trust excitedly look ahead to an exciting autumn/winter season. With shows including The Proclaimers, Sing-A-Long-A Encanto, Crown Ballet’s Swan Lake, Jack Dee, Jason Byrne, Jimmy Carr, Jurassic Earth, Artie’s Singing Kettle, Noel Fitzpatrick (Supervet) and much more, there is something for everyone at Fife’s premier Theatre.

This year’s pantomime production of Beauty and the Beast is set to delight audiences once again. The show sees the return of panto legend Ian Sheepie Smith alongside an all star supporting cast. The pantomime will feature dazzling costumes, spectacular sets and offers festive fun and delights for all the family. The show is set to be the Alhambra’s biggest pantomime to date.

Annually, the Alhambra Theatre Trust produce one of Scotland’s leading pantomimes. The large scale productions attract audiences of over 25,000 patrons ever Christmas. The Stage Theatre Magazine referred to the Alhambra Theatre Trust, as the ‘premier league of pantomime producers’.  

2023 also looks set to be a fantastic year for the Alhambra with shows and events such as Jon Richardson, Daniel Sloss, Crown Opera’s Madama Butterfly, BBC Strictly’s Anton & Giovanni and much more in the pipeline.   

The Alhambra Theatre Trust are very excited to look ahead to the future and celebrate the next chapter in the Alhambra’s important history.
