A 27-YEAR-OLD man carried out stalking offences against his former partner in Inverkeithing.
Douglas Fraser, of Rashiehill Terrace, Breich, West Lothian, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that between March 30 and April 7, 2020, at Inverkeithing, Dalgety Bay and elsewhere, he engaged in an abusive course of conduct towards his ex-partner.
He tracked her to Dalgety Bay, followed her in a vehicle to her place of work, attended at her home uninvited, demanded items given previously to her, demanded sums of money and sent her electronic messages repeatedly.
The court was told the couple had been together for five years until the relationship ended in March 2020.
Sheriff Paul Reid imposed a community payback order with 120 hours of unpaid work
