SADLY, it seems yet another memo is needed to the inconsiderate among the city’s dog-owners, who increasingly make a walk in the park a worrying experience for others.
It is the peacocks and the people – not unleashed pooches – who have the freedom of Pittencrieff Park.
The park’s ‘standing orders’ proclaim: “ATTENTION dog owners. Peacocks roaming freely. Please keep your dog under close control or on a lead.”
