A DUNFERMLINE man struck a woman with a knife during a fight with her in a close.
Lewis Gibson, 20, of Woodmill Crescent, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on June 1 last year, at a common close in Macbeth Road, Dunfermline, he engaged in a fight with a female, threatened her with violence and struck her on the body with a knife to her injury.
He also admitted he was unlawfully in possession of a knife.
Gibson further admitted that on June 17 last year at Macbeth Road, he threatened repeatedly to harm himself.
Sentencing on Gibson was deferred for reports until October 19.
