A 39-YEAR-OLD van driver who was more than three times over the limit in Kincardine has been sentenced.
Christopher Sneddon, of Birkhill Crescent, Bo’ness, appeared back at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted previously that on July 26, at Toll Road, Kincardine, he drove a van having consumed excess alcohol.
His reading was 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 22 microgrammes.
The court heard Sneddon had a previous drink-driving conviction from 2017.
Sheriff Alison Michie imposed a community payback order with 135 hours of unpaid work and 12 months of supervision. Sneddon was also banned from driving for three years.
