PUPILS from Aberdour Primary School have taken part in a litter-pick at Silver Sands beach.
The event, organised by Cala Homes East, was held in support of the Scottish SPCA.
Philip Hogg, sales and marketing director at Cala Homes (East), said: “Cala Homes (East) has supported the Scottish SPCA for several years now, through both fundraising initiatives and community activities such as our recent beach-clean at Aberdour Silver Sands beach.”
After the litter-pick, the kids were given a talk on the impact that litter has on wildlife by the animal welfare charity.
He continued: “The team spent the morning filling their bags with litter and left the beach a safer place for local wildlife.
“I would like to thank all who rolled up their sleeves and took part, including our local CGI company Where Giants Roam, for helping to make a positive difference.”
