A ROSYTH man damaged a TV set and wall during a row in the home of his ex-partner.
Darrell Guy, 24, of Sherbrooke Road, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on September 1, at another address in Sherbrooke Road, he adopted an aggressive demeanour, shouted, swore, made derogatory remarks to his former partner, threw an object towards the television set, damaging it, and closed the front door with force, causing damage to a wall.
Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said Guy had gone to the woman’s home and an argument started with him calling her a “wee c**”.
Guy then struck the TV with keys he threw at it before he slammed a door on the way out, damaging a wall.
Neighbours could hear the commotion and the police were contacted.
Defence solicitor Ian Beatson said: “It was something of a stormy relationship.”
Sheriff David Hall imposed a community payback order with two years of supervision and participation in the Caledonian Programme for domestic offenders.
