He sent abusive texts to his former partner
A WELLWOOD man who sent abusive text messages to his former partner has been fined.
Stuart Gordon, 34, of Burt Street, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on June 9 and on Christmas Eve last year, he sent text messages to a female in which he made abusive and threatening remarks repeatedly.
Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said the relationship had ended after two-and-a-half years.
Defence solicitor Kerr Sneddon said: “He clearly lost his temper.”
Sheriff David Hall imposed a fine of £320.
