MAY I kindly highlight the present shambolic situation with the new number 5 service covering north Abbeyview and Touch in Dunfermline?
Since the new supposed improvements to bus services in Dunfermline and West Fife were put in place, the general public have been landed with problems on several services of no buses turning up, no revised bus times available at any bus stops and general confusion for passengers.
It is quite apparent that the people who thought this shambles up do not have to travel by bus and have clearly given no consideration for the provision of advising the considerable number of people who have no internet service when buses will actually run or turn up.
Even checking online for those who can is no good because the buses just do not turn up anywhere near the stated times.
