A DUNFERMLINE man has appeared in court for a catalogue of offending including assaulting a 15-year-old boy.
David Sutherland, 51, of Urquhart Crescent, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He submitted guilty pleas to a string of offences.
On September 27 last year, at Kirkgate, he assaulted a 15-year-old youth by pushing him to the body.
He also admitted that he adopted an aggressive demeanour, shouted, swore and claimed to be in possession of a knife in Kirkgate.
On May 9, at Abel Place, he attended at a property uninvited, struck the door repeatedly and shouted at his partner.
Between May 28-29, at Aitken Road, Glenrothes, he repeatedly shouted, swore, acted aggressively, made offensive remarks and threw items about, in a domestically-aggravated offence.
On July 4, he breached bail conditions by contacting his partner.
On various occasions between October 18-26, in Dunfermline, Lochgelly and Cardenden, he breached bail conditions by contacting his partner.
Sheriff Maryam Labaki deferred sentence for reports until December 14 and Sutherland remains in custody until then.
