A 'DRIVER' was caught in a bad mood and was "unwilling to engage" with police in Dunfermline City Centre.
Officers couldn't help themselves from having a quick word and giving a scratch to a dog that was spotted behind the wheel of a car on Kirkgate.

The funny snap was shared on social media where the cops who made the 'stop' wrote: "Vehicle stopped in Dunfermline City Centre.
"Driver not best pleased and unwilling to engage."
