A ROSYTH man has appeared in court for ignoring bail conditions.
In the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court was 30-year-old Christopher Buchan, of Sherbrooke Road.
He admitted that on June 13, he breached bail conditions by going to Kings Place, Rosyth, and contacting his partner.
Depute fiscal Amy Robertson said Buchan had turned up at his partner’s home wanting to see his son.
She told him he should not be there and refused to let him in.
He spoke through the letter box before leaving and then sent Facebook messages to her.
Sheriff Charle Lugton deferred sentence for good behaviour until June 21.
