An application to open a veterinary clinic in Dalgety Bay's Regent Way has been lodged with Fife Council.
PLANS to open a vets in Dalgety Bay have been lodged with Fife Council.
Applicant Alex Lord has applied for a certificate of lawfulness to allow premises in Regents Way to be used as a veterinary clinic.
The application said the objective was to convert the current empty unit into a fully-functional, small animal veterinary clinic.
It added: "This would comprise a waiting area, consulting rooms, a pharmacy, a canine and feline ward, a surgical theatre and an imaging room for radiography and ultrasonography.
"We would not aim to change the structural integrity of the building."
