A WOMAN was assessed for injuries at the scene of a two-car crash in Inverkeithing.
Emergency services were alerted to the incident on the B981 at around 5pm on Friday, December 23, where the 49-year-old was looked over by ambulance staff.
The road was closed by officers for a short period while vehicles were recovered.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "At around 5pm on Friday, 23 December, 2022, we were called to a report of a two-car crash on the B981, North Road, Inverkeithing.
"Emergency services attended and a 49-year-old woman was assessed for minor injuries by ambulance staff at the scene.
"The road was closed for a short time to allow for vehicle recovery."
