THE Scottish SPCA are recruiting administrative volunteers for its Dunfermline headquarters.
The animal welfare charity are looking for two minute-takers, a receptionist and a facilities assistant to join their Kingseat Road team.
Volunteering programme manager Lesley Toles said: “We are in need of one or multiple reception volunteers who can ensure the smooth running of our busy reception area on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am until 3pm.
"Duties will include giving a friendly greeting to members of the public, staff and visiting contractors, answering the telephone and transferring calls, and general administrative tasks.
“You will have full support from our facilities manager and the rest of the team. We are also on the lookout for two volunteers to share the responsibility of taking minutes at our board and various committee meetings which are staggered throughout the year.
“A full induction to the role will be given along with support. Both of these roles would be ideal for an animal-lover with an administration background who has some time to spare."
She continued: “They are great opportunities to make a huge difference at our Dunfermline headquarters and to be part of a friendly, motivated team who are dedicated to providing the best support to our animal rescue and rehoming centres and the Society as a whole."
