A KINCARDINE man caused a disturbance in a local bar before smashing a window by throwing a beer bottle at it.
Roy Ramsay, 33, of Lansdowne Crescent, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on April 2, at the Commercial Hotel, Elphinstone Street, Kincardine, he behaved aggressively, shouted and swore at a male and female, challenged them to fight and kicked the door of the premises repeatedly.
He also admitted he threw a bottle at the premises, causing damage.
Defence solicitor Aime Allan said her client had thrown the bottle over his shoulder as he left and had not meant to damage the window.
Sheriff Charles Lugton fined Ramsay £100 and ordered him to pay £200 compensation.
