A DRUG-DRIVER was four times over the limit for cannabis on a road in Dunfermline.
Matthew Aitken, 30, of Loch Street, Townhill, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on January 24, in Tuke Street, Dunfermline, he drove having consumed excess cannabis.
His reading was eight microgrammes of Delta-9-Tetrahydroncannbinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two microgrammes.
Sheriff Susan Duff called for reports and imposed a temporary driving ban until sentencing on March 1.
