A 42-year-old man stole a woman’s handbag and used her bank cards to buy goods.
John Harmon, of Sherbrooke Road, Rosyth, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on February 12, 2021, at Chapel Street, Lochgelly, he robbed a woman of her handbag, containing a mobile phone, bank cards, a bus pass, a store dividend card, keys and glasses.
On the same day, at RS McColl, North Street, Lochgelly, he used a stolen bank card to obtain cigarettes and alcohol worth £31.70 by fraud.
Then at RS McColl, Lumphinnans Road, Lochgelly, he used the same stolen debit card to obtain more cigarettes and alcohol valued at £32.50.
Sheriff Charles Macnair called for reports and Harmon was remanded in custody until sentencing on March 9.
