FIFE Housing Group have been awarded the prestigious Investors in People gold award.
It recognises their strong wellbeing strategy with flexible hybrid working, an enhanced healthcare package, virtual clubs and fitness classes, family-friendly policies and mental health help.
After accepting the 'We invest in wellbeing' award, chief executive officer Nicki Donaldson said: "We believe that our people are central to our success.
"If we can improve and invest in our colleagues' work life, everyone reaps the benefits."
One of the largest independent housing associations in the east of Scotland, Fife Housing Group have around 2,500 homes across the Kingdom and employ more than 70 people at their Dunfermline office.
They have an annual turnover of more than £12 million.
