The warning – which covers most of Scotland – remains in place until Tuesday, March 14.
Some roads and railways are likely to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services. There are likely to be some icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths.
Fife Police said: "Drivers should plan ahead and ensure you have sufficient fuel, warm clothing, food, water and a charged mobile in case of any delays."
Further traffic advice is available at the Traffic Scotland website and on its Twitter page.
