CHOCOLATE hunters are in for a treat this Easter at the National Trust for Scotland's (NTS) Culross trail.

The West Fife Easter trail is just one of 32 fun filled events across the country and challenges participants to follow the trail, solve the hidden clues and win a delicious prize.

Entry to the trail through the Royal Burgh of Culross is £4 per person and the clues will be dotted around properties owned by the conservation charity.

Stuart Maxwell, National Trust for Scotland regional director for the Edinburgh and the East, said: “We’re really eggs-cited to launch our Easter trails this year with a bumper number of events taking place at our properties up and down the country.

"The trails offer a fun day out that can be enjoyed by all the family or can be a great way to keeps kids entertained while parents explore our beautiful gardens, historic properties or countryside places.

"The trails in Fife support our goal to provide inspiring visitor experiences at our properties, offering nature, beauty and heritage for everyone as part of our vision outlined in our 10-year strategy launched in 2022.

"The funds raised through our Easter trails support our vital work and will allow us to continue to care for and protect Scotland’s cultural and natural assets now and into the future for everyone to enjoy."

There's plenty of time to take a trip to the famous Outlander filming location and grab yourself a tasty treat. The trail opens on Friday, April 7, from 10am to 4pm every day, until Sunday, April 10.
