A 'FRIENDLY Easter litter pick' is to take place in Dunfermline this weekend.
Plastic Free Dunfermline have organised the event which will be held in the Public Park.
Anyone interested is asked to meet near the bandstand at 10am this Saturday, April 15.
The group will also be holding a clothing "make do and mend" workshop on Saturday, April 22, from 1pm at The Craft Room on Bridge Street.
Plastic Free Dunfermline aims to raise awareness about plastic and pollution and the harm it can cause.
The volunteers behind the group hope to encourage people living in and around the city to "refuse, reduce or reuse single-use plastic" and make Dunfermline one of Scotland's first "plastic-free communities".
