A MAN has been charged after a serious road crash involving two police vehicles in Fife.
The incident saw a Ford Kuga collide with two police vehicles on the A92 towards Dunfermline yesterday (Thursday) evening.
Officers had been parked to shield a broken down car on the westbound carriageway near to the Kirkcaldy on slip.
As a result a 34-year-old has been charged with road traffic offences and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
There have been no reports of any injuries.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 11pm on Thursday, 13 April, 2023, a Ford Kuga collided with two police vehicles on the A92 westbound near to the Kirkcaldy on slip.
"The police vehicles had been parked to shield a broken down vehicle.
"There were no reports of any injuries.
"A 34-year-old man has been charged with road traffic offences and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
