A 46-year-old man phoned the police and made a threat to kill everybody in a house in Dalgety Bay.
The culprit was Duncan Johnstone, of Main Street, Springfield.
He has admitted that on September 9, 2021, at Four Lums Road, Aberdour, he made a phone call to Police Scotland in which he made a threat to kill everybody within a house in Skua Drive, Dalgety Bay.
Johnstone was due to be sentenced at Dunfermline Sheriff but did not turn up.
Defence solicitor Stephen Morrison said his client suffered from numerous health issues and did not feel fit to attend.
Sheriff Grant McCulloch deferred sentencing further until May 10.
