A Kelty man breached a non-harassment order just days after it had been imposed.
As a result, 37-year-old Andrew Ward, of Keltyhill Road, appeared back in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that between February 10 and 27, he breached a non-harassment order by contacting his partner by sending text messages to her.
Deputy fiscal Azrah Yousaf told the court Ward had sent abusive and offensive messages to the woman
Sheriff Charles Macnair told Ward that this did not amount to “bickering” as Ward had told social workers.
The sheriff pointed out that the order had been breached within two days of it being imposed.
Ward is already on a community payback order imposed in February.
The sheriff imposed another community payback order with 135 hours of unpaid work and another non-harassment order for nine months.
