A DALGETY BAY scout has been selected to attend and work at the Coronation of King Charles III.
Ben Dykes is one of just 30 scouts under the age of 25 to travel and be a part of the day.
The first leg of his journey took him to Gilwell Scout Centre close to London before continuing on to his post at Westminster.
Ben has been involved in scouting since he was five-years-old and has attended camps all over the UK as well as in Ireland and Holland.
He has achieved his Diamond Scout award, the highest of the Chief Scout's Awards, and is currently working towards his King Scout award.
