A DUNFERMLINE woman was involved in a spitting incident following a previous racially aggravated offence involving the same female neighbour.
Ebony Tulloch, 24, formerly of Ross Lane, now of Adamson Crescent, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
She had admitted that on an occasion between March 1 and May 31, 2021 at Ross Lane, Dunfermline, she shouted, swore, made abusive remarks and gesticulated at a female in a racially aggravated offence.
She also admitted that on July 7, 2021 she spat on the same person.
Depute fiscal Amy Robertson said the incidents involved a woman who was Tulloch’s neighbour at the time.
In the first offence Tulloch had stuck the middle finger up at the woman and told her: “Go back to your own country.”
In the second incident, she had opened her window and spat out, hitting the woman on the shoulder.
The court was told both Tulloch and the victim have moved to new addresses.
Sheriff Francis Gill imposed a community payback order with 90 hours of unpaid work.
