A DUNFERMLINE medical practice is working at reduced capacity due to staff absence.
NHS Fife has confirmed that Hospital Hill Surgery will remain open, however appointments are being prioritised for those with a more urgent need.
Patients are being encouraged to consider options such as pharmacy, optician, or other community services.
A statement from the health board said: "Hospital Hill Surgery in Dunfermline is running a reduced service this week, due to staff absence.
"The practice is still open and scheduling face-to-face appointments, however appointments are being prioritised for those with a more urgent need."
