A Dunfermline woman was subjected to verbal abuse from her partner.
As a result, 30-year-old Nathan Lynch, of Old Well Place, Bathgate, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on November 27 at Corbett Place, Dunfermline, he repeatedly shouted and swore at his then partner and another female and repeatedly made offensive remarks.
Sheriff Francis Gill imposed a community payback order with 12 months of supervision, a restriction of liberty order for 15 weeks and a two-year non-harassment order.
