A 34-year-old man was caught drink-driving twice in the same month.
In the second incident Billy Anderson was more than four times over the limit and in the first he drove away after crashing.
Anderson, of Blairwood Terrace, Oakley, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on April 6 in Station Road, Oakley, he drove having consumed excess alcohol.
His reading was 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 22 microgrammes.
Then on April 24 at the Asda car park, Halbeath Retail Park, Dunfermline, he again drove having consumed excess alcohol. This time his reading was 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said that in the first incident Anderson crashed into a hedge in the early hours of the morning and then drove away.
In the latter crime, police had been contacted by someone reporting a drink-driver at Asda.

Defence solicitor Aime Allan said her client had started drinking heavily when his relationship came to an end.
Sheriff Andrew Berry told Anderson his first inclination was to impose a jail sentence.
Instead, he imposed a community payback order with 100 hours of unpaid work and a £320 fine.
Anderson was also banned from driving for three years and until he passes the extended test.
