An ice cream firm has the opposition licked by securing a five year deal to sell cones in Pittencrieff Park in Dunfermline.
Fotheringhams, based in Falkirk, already have one of their vans at a prime site next to the playpark and a new lease has been agreed to extend the arrangement.
The City of Dunfermline area committee was told the deal will run from April 1 with the tenant paying £18,000 a year to sell ice cream in the Glen.

Fife Council explained that the concession was awarded after a competitive tender process and, due to commercial sensitivity, could not say if the lease had increased in price from the previous deal.
A family-run business that began in 1995, Fotheringham's also operate the Igloo ice cream parlours in Falkirk and Stirling.
