A CRUISE liner which sets sail from Rosyth is in line for several prestigious awards.
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is vying for three awards – Customers at the Heart of Everything, Best Customer-Centric Culture and Best Customer Service – at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2023.
It has also been shortlisted in the Wave Awards 2023 shortlist for Best Ocean Cruise Line, Best Specialist Cruise Line, Best for Solo Travellers, Best for Excursions and Best for Cuisine.
Fred. Olsen has also been shortlisted by the public in the first round of the consumer voting for the Wave Awards for the Favourite Ocean Cruise Line accolade.
Clare Ward, Director of Product and Customer Service at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, was delighted with the recognition.
“At Fred. Olsen, we work tirelessly to ensure that we offer our guests a range of exciting, innovative and memory-making cruise experiences on board our elegant smaller ships, so it is great to be in the running for several prizes at both the Wave Awards and UK Customer Experience Awards," she said.
“Of course, our success would not be possible without our loyal guests and I’m sure that they will get behind Fred. Olsen by voting for us in the Favourite Ocean Cruise Line category.”
The winners of the UK Customer Experience Awards 2023 will be announced at a glitzy ceremony at Wembley Stadium on October 11 while the Wave Awards winners will be revealed on November 13 in London.
