A Dunfermline woman left her bail address in the middle of the night breaching her curfew.
As a result, Michelle Bruce, 26, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court from custody.
She admitted she breached her bail conditions when she was not at her accommodation in Mercer Place, Dunfermline, on July 21.
Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said that at 4.50am Bruce phoned the police to say she needed help and they found her in a street.
Defence solicitor Aime Allan said her client had been drinking and thought there was a rat in the property.
Sheriff Robert More said that “her time in custody is punishment enough” and admonished Bruce.
Last month Bruce was fined £420 for incidents involving her carers at her then home at Bleachfield Court when she shouted, swore, made threats of violence and damaged a window.
