A Rosyth man, who caused a disturbance at the home of his ex-partner, has been fined for breaching his court order.
Back in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court was Darrell Guy, 24, of Sherbrooke Road.
He previously admitted that on September 1 last year at Sherbrooke Road he adopted an aggressive attitude, shouted, swore made derogatory remarks towards his former partner, threw an object at a TV set causing damage and then left the property forcefully closing the front door and causing damage to a wall.
In November, Guy was put on a community payback order with two years of supervision and participation in the Caledonian Programme for domestic offenders.
Sheriff Lindsay Foulis fined Guy £210 for breaching the order which will continue.
The court was previously told that Guy had gone to the woman’s home and an argument started with him calling her a “wee c**”.
Guy then struck the TV with keys he threw at it before he slammed a door on the way out, damaging a wall.
Neighbours could hear the commotion and the police were contacted.
Defence solicitor Ian Beatson said at the original sentencing: “It was something of a stormy relationship.”
