A woman was sexually assaulted by a 25-year-old Rosyth man.
The assailant Martin Sharp, of Carson Place, has appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He previously admitted that on 2nd April at his home he sexually assaulted a female by repeatedly stroking her on the body and touching and kissing her breasts.

Defence solicitor Peter Robertson said his client was a first-time offender.
Sheriff Wylie Robertson imposed a community payback order with 120 hours of unpaid work and 15 months of supervision.
Sharp was also put on the sex offenders register for five years.
