AN 'UNINHABITABLE' and 'un-mortgageable' house in Townhill has been named in ESPC's top ten of popular properties for October.
The five-bedroom home, in Forest Road, is now under offer after being placed on the market for offers over £150,000.
Revealing the house in in eighth place, the report said: "ESPC househunters have clearly caught the renovation bug, with this Dunfermline property that’s packed with potential to create a wonderful, five-bedroom family home.
"Again, this property has already been whisked off the market by a buyer keen to get cracking with their dream home overhaul!"
The property listing for the home, named Cosy Glen, explained that the it was being offered for sale as seen.

The ten homes were located across East Central Scotland, mostly in Edinburgh but with some appearing in Midlothian, East Lothian, and West Fife.
Prices were also diverse, stretching from a budget-friendly £105,000 to a significant £775,000, showing the range of buyers currently in the market for a new home.
