A MAN is due to appear in court today (Tuesday) after an incident in Dunfermline yesterday evening.
A heavy police presence was spotted in Gilfillan Road in Touch and man was later arrested and charged.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 6.20pm on Monday, 20 November, 2023 we received a report of concern for a person at Gilfillan Road, Dunfermline.

“Officers attended and a 38-year-old man was later arrested and charged in connection and taken to hospital for assessment.
“He is due to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Tuesday, November 21.
"A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
