A DRIVER has been reported for dangerous driving after being clocked at going over 70mph in a 40mph zone in Dunfermline.
Police officers said the young driver had "no comprehension" of the risk of travelling at such speeds.

Posting on Road Policing Scotland's X/Twitter feed, they stated: "Fife Road Policing stopped this young driver travelling at 73mph in a 40mph limit in Dunfermline.
"He had no comprehension of the risk this put him and other roads users at. Reported to #COPFS for dangerous driving. There is no excuse for speeding #slowdown #dontriskit."
