ANOTHER yellow weather warning has been issued for Fife as the country braces itself for Storm Jocelyn.
The Met Office says strong winds are expected which will lead to possible disruption to travel and utilities from 4pm tomorrow (Tuesday) until midday on Wednesday.
There are warnings that some roads and bridges may close, damage to buildings could occur along with power cuts and disruption to other services such as mobile phone coverage.

The warning added: "Any remaining recovery efforts off the back of Storm Isha are likely to be hampered.
"Road, rail, air and ferry services may be affected, with longer journey times and cancellations possible. There is a chance of Injuries and danger to life from large waves and beach material being thrown onto sea fronts, coastal roads and properties."
