A DRIVER is to be reported to the Procurator Fiscal after being clocked at 30mph over the speed limit.
Police issued a warning to motorists after stopping the car in rainy conditions on Wednesday.
Posting on Road Policing Scotland Twitter/X, they said: "Fife Road Policing out patrolling the roads, which are wet with a lot of surface water, didn’t stop this driver travelling at 70mph in a 40mph limit though, so we did and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
